Create catering

To book catering through the individual catering booking feature, all you need to do is create it in your eTASK system.

This is done using a form. The basic function of forms is described in this article: 📄 Formulare IC1105

• The desired catering type is available

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Catering - Catering Items

1. Click New... in the list's toolbar. A blank form will open.

2. Fill in all required fields. If necessary, refer to the form structure (accessible via the help icon in the FM Portal) for assistance.

3. Enable "Bookable in Reservation System."

4. Click Save in the toolbar.

Catering can be booked via Individual Catering regardless of the catering order type.
