A building group allows you to organize buildings into groups in the Property Explorer. This can help you keep things organized.
You can then use the "Buildings" form to assign different buildings to building groups and group them together.
Prerequisite
You have permissions in the System Control Panel.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Control - Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Additional Hierarchies - Buildings - Building Groups
Click New in the toolbar.
Enter a code, a name, and the location where all buildings in this group are located.
Click Save.
Now go to Portfolio (BIM) - Property Register - Rooms
Open the room that is to belong to the building room group.
In the Location & Building Group section, select the building group you created.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for all other buildings that should belong to the building group.
You have created the building group and assigned a room to it.
