There are a number of booking parameters you can select for the vehicle. When booking a vehicle, you can select these parameters to see only cars that meet your requirements.

You have permissions for content in the Control Panel
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Vehicle Bookings - Equipment Features
Click New in the toolbar.
Enter a code and a description for the booking parameter. The description is displayed in the vehicle form and in the vehicle booking.
Click Save.
The new booking parameter has been created and can now be selected in the vehicle form under Equipment Features as well as in the vehicle booking.
