To configure the display of eTASK.InfoDisplays, you first need to have suitable background images available to display on them. This article shows you how to register background images in the system.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Portal Options - Hardware - InfoDisplayManager - Room Reservation Profiles
Create a new record in the table.
Tip: In the Code and Description fields, specify the display size for which the template is suitable (7 inches or 15 inches).
In the Background info area, upload the image to be used in the background template.
Note: The background image must match the size of the display on the InfoDisplay; otherwise, the image will be too small or cropped. The background image for a background template for 7-inch InfoDisplays must be 800 x 480 pixels, and for 15-inch displays, 1024 x 768 pixels.
The background image is now available for configuring the display of eTASK InfoDisplays.
