Create additional address

Learn how to create additional addresses for companies here. These can be used for various functions in the FM Portal, such as sending invoices or reminders.

Prerequisites

  • The company has already been created

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Companies & Addresses

  1. Open the record for the company assigned to the customer.

  2. Go to the Additional Addresses section.

  3. Click New... in the section.

  1. In the Identification section, enter the company name and select an entry for the address type.

  1. In the Address section, enter the mailing address and email address of the contact person.

  2. Click Save in the toolbar.

The additional address has been created for the company.
