The data object manages permissions for customer-specific dashboards and determines which individuals or groups are authorized to modify these dashboards. It contains the assignment of permissions to custom dashboards as well as the individuals, groups, and clients involved, thereby supporting the control and administration of dashboard-related access and modification permissions during ongoing operations.

| Property | Description |
| Custom Dashboard | The data object manages the configuration and display logic of dashboards, which can be saved as individual settings. |
| Group | Select the group to which the permissions for the dashboard in question should apply. The group determines which users will be granted this access collectively. |
| Person | Select the person to whom you want to grant access to the dashboard in question. This assignment allows you to control access and editing permissions on an individual basis, regardless of group membership. |
| Edit Legal Information | Enable this option if you want the selected person or group to be able to edit the dashboard and change its configuration. When this option is disabled, users can only view the dashboard and cannot make any changes. |
