Copying records in the FM Portal always follows the same procedure. However, since this process may be useful for setting up a property structure, it is demonstrated here using the example of copying a room.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Click Copy in the toolbar.
Another tab opens for the new data record.

Make changes to the record (e.g., if a room exists on two floors with identical construction, enter the additional floor.)
Click Save.
You have now created the room entry based on the first room.
