You have two options for transferring a submitted service ticket into the maintenance workflow. You can assign a service ticket to an existing maintenance order or create a new maintenance order directly from the service ticket.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Service list
Open the service ticket via the link in the email or via the service list on the FM Portal homepage.
If you want to create a new order from this service ticket, click Workflow in the service ticket’s toolbar and select Create New Maintenance Order, or use the button with the same name in the Approval Status section
If you want to assign this ticket to an existing order, click on Workflow in the service ticket’s toolbar and select Assign to Existing Maintenance Order, or use the button with the same name in the Approval Status section
Confirm the status change notification by clicking the Confirm button.
