In this list, you will find all the features that are set in the BIM profiles. The traffic light indicates whether the characteristics in the BIM profile have been assigned in the BIM mapping. If it is red, there are two possibilities: the mapping has not been set or no model is using the profile.
Search
This group includes attributes for searching and filtering control profile BIM mappings. It enables efficient identification and selection of specific mappings based on relevant criteria.
| Property | Description |
| Note | Under this column you will find the relevant information on what you need to check to ensure that the mapping works smoothly. |
| Model | This field shows the name of the BIM model. The file extension (.ARC, .RLT, .TEC etc.) is added automatically and provides information about the specific model type, which is important for assignment and processing in data controlling. |
| BIM Mapping | This field contains the mapping code for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) element. It is used to assign and link control elements with corresponding BIM objects as part of data controlling. The mapping code enables precise identification and analysis of components or structures in the digital building model. |
| Mandatory field Type | Display of the type of a feature. It is generally a native feature. |
| Table | This field shows the name of the target table in eTASK into which the data is to be imported. It is used to uniquely identify the target location for the data import and is important for the correct assignment of the information to be imported. |
| Column | This field shows the target column in the eTASK database into which the data is to be imported. It defines the corresponding characteristic for the data assignment and is crucial for the correct transfer of the information into the intended data structure. |
| Data type | This entry shows the internal data type of the assigned characteristic. It provides information about the type of information stored and is important for the correct processing and validation of the data as part of data controlling. |
| Technical table | Name of the table in the eTASK database as the target for the mapping |
| Technical column | This entry saves the technical name of a column from the eTASK database. It serves as a target for mapping and enables the precise allocation of data between different systems as part of data controlling. |
| IfcEntity | This field shows the name of the IFC entity (Industry Foundation Classes) that is assigned to the control element. It is used to uniquely identify and classify BIM objects as part of data controlling and makes it easier to search for specific parts or components. |
| Group | This field enables assignment to a specific group within the control profile mapping. It is used for categorization and makes it easier to organize and find relevant data records in the context of data controlling. |
| Type | This type entry defines the type of control profile mapping for BIM data. It determines how the control is applied to the corresponding BIM elements and is crucial for the correct implementation of data controlling in BIM projects. |
Excel export
This group contains features that are relevant for exporting data to Excel files. They control the display and formatting of the information in Excel format.
| Property | Description |
| Profile | This field shows the assigned profile for data controlling checks. It enables the assignment of specific validation rules and check criteria that are relevant for the quality assurance of the data. |
