Application owner	The person at eTASK who is responsible for the operation of this application
Responsible	The person or organizational unit primarily responsible for controlling the application is recorded here. This information is crucial for the assignment of responsibilities in the context of project management and enables a clear point of contact for questions or problems relating to application control.
Designation	Here you enter the unique name of the application that is monitored as part of project control. This identification enables precise assignment and tracking of the application within project management and is crucial for effective monitoring and control.
url	The complete web address (URL) of the application to be checked is recorded here. This URL enables direct access to the application and is essential for carrying out checks and managing the application as part of project management.
Customer abbreviation	This field contains the unique abbreviation for quick identification of the customer in the context of application control. It serves as a concise reference for the customer in lists, reports and internal communication in project management.
Account active?	Indicates whether the application account for project control is active and usable. An active account enables access to the application and its functions as part of project management. Inactive accounts cannot be used to control project applications.

This information is used to document the purpose, functions and special features of the application as part of the project control. A detailed description makes it easier to monitor and manage the application in the project context.
