This evaluation provides an overview of the data status of all customers from a marketing perspective with the help of a traffic light and appropriate information.

This group contains features for viewing and displaying controlling accounts. It includes visual properties and display options for the user interface.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light display provides information on whether there is an error or a warning. |
| Note | The note adds more detailed information to the traffic light about what may be wrong with the account. |
| Debtor | The customer assigned to the account. |
| Customer abbreviation | Returns the four-digit eTASK customer code of a customer. |
| Active | Indicates whether the account is active or whether the customer has canceled. |
| Online account | Indicates whether the account's application is hosted in the eTASK Cloud (yes) or installed on premise at the customer's premises (no). |
| Key Account Manager | Shows the first name and surname of the key account manager who is assigned to the account. |
| Profile / Target group | The profile or target group selected on the account is specified here. |
| System manager | The person selected in the account as the person responsible for the system is displayed here. |
| Main areas of interest | The number of points of interest of all users of the account. If the same focus of interest is activated for two or more users, it is only counted once. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Specialist responsible | Total number of users for whom the checkbox "Is responsible?" is activated |
