This group contains search criteria for filtering the contribution margin overview for customers. Users can enter relevant parameters here to restrict the display to specific customers or time periods.

YearThis field shows the relevant year for contribution margin accounting in the customer overview. It serves as an important time reference point for analyzing and comparing project data in the context of project management and controlling.
MonthThis field shows the month for which the customer's contribution margin overview is displayed. It enables the chronological classification and comparison of project data in the context of controlling and budget management.
DebtorThis tooltip shows the name of the debtor (customer) for the selected project. The debtor is the invoice recipient and plays an important role in contribution margin accounting and project controlling.
Customer abbreviationThe customer abbreviation is a unique short name for quick identification of a customer in project management. It is used for the efficient search and allocation of customers in contribution margin accounting and other controlling processes.
Client Manager (internal)This field shows the internal customer manager who is responsible for project management and budget management. It is used to quickly identify the contact person for project-related questions and decisions within the customer overview.
Open offers [€]This value shows the total of all open offers for the customer in euros. These are potential future orders that have not yet been confirmed but are relevant for the assessment of business development and project management.

Cost of invoices [€]This value represents the total external costs incurred by invoices from suppliers or service providers for a project. It is an important factor for calculating contribution margins and helps to assess project profitability and control the project budget.
Income from licenses [€] (8401)This value shows the income from licenses in euros for the project. It is part of the contribution margin calculation and helps to assess the financial performance and profitability of license agreements as part of project management.
Income from maintenance and cloud [€] (8404,8405,0990)This value shows the income from maintenance and cloud services in euros for the customer. It includes revenue accounts 8404 and 8405 as well as possible special items (0990) and is used to analyze customer profitability in project controlling.

Open orders Flat rate [€]This value shows the total of all open orders with flat-rate remuneration in euros. It is part of the contribution margin calculation and helps to estimate future income from ongoing projects with fixed price agreements.
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
