In this evaluation you will find a detailed overview of all sales with customers and the resulting contribution margins for the overall financing of eTASK. Use the evaluation to draw conclusions about the profitability of customers and their orders and, if necessary, to offer follow-up orders differently in order to increase the contribution margin and make the order more profitable.

This group contains search criteria for filtering and narrowing down the contribution margin analysis for customers. The characteristics enable a targeted evaluation according to relevant business parameters.

YearThis field shows the year for which the customer's contribution margin calculation was carried out. It serves as a time reference for analyzing and comparing project results as part of project management and controlling.
MonthThis field shows the month for which the customer's contribution margin calculation was created in project management. It enables the chronological classification and comparison of customer profitability across different periods.
DebtorThe debtor is the business partner or customer who is invoiced for the project's services. This information is crucial for the correct allocation of income and the implementation of project controlling. Selecting the right debtor ensures a precise contribution margin calculation and profitability analysis of the project.
Customer abbreviationThe customer abbreviation is a unique short name for quick identification of the customer in project management. It is used for efficient searching and filtering in reports and evaluations on the contribution margin.
Client Manager (internal)This field shows the internal customer manager who is responsible for project management and budget management. It is used to quickly identify the responsible contact person for complex projects and supports efficient communication in project management.
Cost centerThe cost centre identifies the organizational unit to which the costs and income of the customer project are allocated. It is used for internal cost accounting and enables a detailed analysis of the profitability of individual project areas.
Cost center DesignationThe cost centre designation indicates the name or description of the organizational unit to which the costs are allocated. This information is important for cost accounting and project management, as it enables a detailed breakdown of costs by area of responsibility.
Open offers [€]Shows the total value of all open offers for the customer in euros. This key figure provides information about the potential business volume and helps to estimate future sales in project management.
Costs LN's [€]This field shows the costs of the service recipients (SC) in euros for a project or customer. It is an important factor in the calculation of contribution margins and helps to analyze project profitability as part of project management.
Cost of invoices [€]This field shows the total external costs for invoices in euros that are assigned to a customer project. It is used to record and monitor external services as part of project controlling and is an important factor for calculating contribution margins.
Income from licenses [€] (8401)This value represents the income from license agreements in euros for the project. It is an important component of contribution margin accounting and helps to assess the profitability of customer relationships in project management.
Income from maintenance and cloud [€] (8404,8405,0990)This value shows the total income from maintenance and cloud services in euros for the selected customer. It includes revenue accounts 8404 and 8405 as well as possible special items (0990) and is used to analyze customer profitability in project management.
Income from services [€]Shows the one-off income from services in euros for the selected customer. This information is important for calculating contribution margins and assessing the profitability of individual customer projects in project management.
Contribution margin [€]The contribution margin shows in euros how much a customer contributes to the overall result after deducting variable costs. This key figure is important for assessing the profitability of individual customers and helps with decisions on customer prioritization in project management.
OPOS [€]This value shows the total of all open items (OPOS) in euros for the selected customer. Open items are receivables or liabilities that have not yet been settled and are relevant for project controlling and liquidity planning.
Open orders Output [€]This value shows the total of outstanding orders in euros for the selected customer. It provides information about the potential future sales volume and helps to assess the customer relationship and resource planning for upcoming projects.
Open orders rule [€]This value defines the rule for open orders in euros and is used in project management to calculate the contribution margin per customer. It influences the financial planning and control of projects by determining how orders that have not yet been completed are taken into account in the calculation.
Open orders Flat rate [€]This value shows the total of all open flat-rate orders in euros for the selected customer. It serves as an important indicator for the future project volume and helps to estimate capacity utilization and financial planning in project management.
