Navigation to this function
Use this webform to define contract statuses (e.g. "active", "terminated"), which are used in the "Contract" webform as data records in a combobox to assign the contracts. The contract status is a filter criterion for rapid selection/searching of contracts.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.| Property | Description |
| Sorting | Enter the position of the contract status data record in the sort order of the different contract statuses in the contract status combobox. "0" represents the first position in the sort order. |
| Name | Enter the full name of the contract type. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
