The eTASK.FM portal allows you to enter and manage all contracts.
Contract types can be freely defined, allowing contracts of all kinds to be stored in the eTASK database. Once contracts are stored in the database, they can be selected in many forms to specify the contractual basis of the data records.
Any number of contract values can be assigned to a contract. You also have the option to determine the start date for the billing of these values. Once billing is configured, these values can be retrieved monthly using the “Contract Billing” report (Basic Data - Contract Management - Reports - Contract Billing Preview). Provide this to your accounting department to enable them to collect the amounts or process their payment.
