Consumption: Distribution per room

This data object records the distribution of consumption of various media (such as water, electricity, heat) to individual rooms or outdoor areas within a property. It serves as the basis for detailed consumption analysis, cost distribution and energy efficiency assessment at room level. The data is used to create consumption reports, bill ancillary costs and optimize the use of resources in buildings, linking information on locations, buildings, floors and meter groups.

Property	Description
month	Specification of the billing month in the format YYYY-MM.
Building	Specification of the building.
Room	Specification of the room.
Type of use	Room Type of use
BK levy	Allocation value for billing (m², units, etc.) depending on the unit in the allocation key.
Outdoor area	This field indicates whether the recorded consumption room is located outside a building. It helps with the categorization and analysis of consumption data, especially for rooms or areas that are not within the main building structure.
Counter	Specification of the counter.
Consumption	Indication of consumption.
Costs	Specify the costs in euros.
Letting	Indication of the number of rental agreements over which the costs are distributed.
G/L account	The costs are assigned to the operating cost types via the G/L account.
Cost type	Cost type is determined via the G/L account.

Property	Description
Designation	The designation clearly identifies the room within the consumption distribution. It enables precise allocation and analysis of energy consumption for each individual room in the building, which is crucial for effective energy management.
Storey	Indication of the floor.
basic fee	The basic fee is the fixed amount that is charged for the provision of the connection and the basic supply, irrespective of actual consumption. It is part of the total costs and is taken into account when allocating the consumption costs to the individual rooms.

Distribution type	The distribution type determines how the energy costs are distributed to the individual apartments.
cost center	The cost centre indicates the organizational unit within the company to which the consumption costs are allocated. It enables precise allocation and analysis of energy costs per room and serves as a basis for internal cost accounting and budget planning.
Property	Specification of the location.
unit price	The unit price indicates the standard price per consumption unit for the respective medium (e.g. electricity, water, gas). It serves as the basis for calculating the consumption costs per room and enables uniform billing across different areas.
