This article explains how to set up eTASK.Maintenance. It uses an example to describe the process from a blank system to the first automatically triggered order.
Example: You want to organize your elevator maintenance using eTASK.Maintenance. You have your elevators inspected every two months. Your own company handles the coordination on the contractor side. The elevator inspections are performed by a service provider.
Prerequisite
The maintenance workflow is installed.
The elevator records are available (objects)
The records for your own company and the service provider are available (company table)
The personnel records for the asset manager, the coordinators on the client and contractor sides, and the person performing the work are available (Personnel List)
Now create a work order (Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Create New Work Orders - Recurring Work Order) and enter the following data:
Procedure in the FM Portal
Create an order plan (Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Create New Orders - Recurring Order) and enter the following data.

Tip: You can also create a new order plan via the measure record.

After saving, select the elevators in the Object Selector info area.
In the Order Trigger Dates info area, fill in the date selection for the first "Execution by" date.

In the Workflow section, click Activate.
The orders have been created (Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Order List). The workflow is active.
