This article explains how to set up eTASK.Maintenance. It uses an example to describe the process from a blank system to the first automatically triggered order.

Example: You want to organize your elevator maintenance using eTASK.Maintenance. You have your elevators inspected every two months. Your own company handles the coordination on the contractor side. The elevator inspections are performed by a service provider.

Prerequisite

  • The maintenance workflow is installed.

  • The elevator records are available (objects)

  • The records for your own company and the service provider are available (company table)

  • The personnel records for the asset manager, the coordinators on the client and contractor sides, and the person performing the work are available (Personnel List)
