Configure free-text line items so that your service providers can use FM orders to report on services or materials that were not specified in the master agreement. Service providers can freely determine the content of the free-text line items.
Prerequisite
The master agreement has already been entered into the system
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Contract Management - Contracts
Open the record for the master contract to which you want to assign a free-text item.
In the Service Items info area, click New.... A form for a new service item opens.
Enter the default values for the free-text item in the required fields. With the exception of price specifications, these can be changed by the service provider when they create a service confirmation for an FM order.
Check the Is Free-Text Item checkbox.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The free-text item can be used to enter freely definable services in any FM order assigned to this framework agreement.
