You can set the escalation deadlines for the escalation function in a central location for each order type. The escalation deadlines are configured identically for all three points in time at which the escalation function can be triggered.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Control - Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Basic Data - Order Type/Time Control
Open the record for the order type whose escalation times you want to change.
In the Control section of the Info area, enter the number of days in the Escalation Period [Days] input field after which the email should be sent in the first escalation level following the expiration of the relevant target date. Then, in the 2nd Escalation Period [Days] input field, enter the number of days after which the email should be sent in the second escalation level.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Your settings will be saved, and your newly configured escalation deadlines will now be applied.
