You can configure email notifications for individual timer jobs to be sent to employees. Each time a timer job runs, it notifies the specified recipients that the job has been executed and, if enabled, provides the results.

Vorgehensweise im FM-Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Timer Jobs - Job Management
Open the scheduled job for which you want to automatically report job runs via email.
Select the Save job results checkbox in the Details section.
If you want the job results to be included in the email, select the Include results list in email? checkbox in the Email Control section.
In the Job Notification section, assign all employees who should receive the email.
Tip: You can set a start and end time for the timer job to ensure that as few or no emails as possible are sent outside of regular working hours. This is intended to reduce the workload on colleagues on call. The default setting for the “earliest daily trigger” is 12:00 AM and for the “latest daily trigger” is 11:59 PM. These values can be adjusted individually for each timer job in the System Settings.
Starting with the next job run, the designated employees will receive an email confirming the execution and, if configured, the results of the job run.
