For a variety of reports that are subsequently used as letters (e.g., outgoing invoices), you can configure headers and footers individually for each company.
Prerequisite
Images for header and footer:
Format: PNG
Dimensions: 19.5 cm horizontal x 2 cm vertical
Resolution: at least 300 dpi
The name of the header must be exactly “LetterHeader.png”
The name of the footer must exactly match “LetterFooter.png”
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Basic Data - Basic Information - Companies
Upload the images for the header and footer in the Header and Footer for Letters section.
The next time you retrieve reports with configurable headers and footers, they will be displayed with the uploaded images.
