Active Search Columns
This group includes features that are displayed as columns in the service list. They define the visible information and its arrangement for the end user when displaying the configuration data.| Property | Description |

| Status | current order status |
| Request Date | This date shows when the order was entered in the system and submitted for processing. It serves as an important reference point for tracking the progress of the order and calculating processing times. |
| Client | This column displays the full name of the person who submitted the service request. The client is responsible for requesting and managing the respective service. |
| Ticket No. | Ticket number assigned to the service. |
| Application | Type of service. |
