This list provides you with a consolidated overview of all planned tasks from your financial planning - including sub-projects, offers and manual planned values. You can see at a glance for which planned sales no tickets have yet been created (red traffic light) and can thus ensure that all planned tasks are actually processed and realized.

| Scheduled for | Period (from-to) for which sales are planned in the financial planning |
| Responsible | Employee responsible for the realization of the planned turnover |
| Customer | Name of the customer organization for which sales are planned |
| Customer abbreviation | Unique abbreviation of the customer for quick identification |
| Topic | Superordinate topic, project or sub-project to which the task is assigned |
| Task | Concrete task description for the realization of the planned turnover (e.g. "Convert sub-project into order", "Create offer") |
| Value current year [€] | Planned net sales in euros for this topic in the current calendar year according to financial planning |
| Max. PTs | Maximum planned person days (PT) for the implementation of this task |
| Client | Logical client (by default '01', as long as client separation is not activated) |
