This data object provides an overview and control of customer use of eTASK products and services. For each customer, it records the number of training participants, operated portals and purchased licenses as well as important customer information such as company name and responsible sales staff. This data supports license management and customer support by enabling a quick check of the correct use of licenses and an overview of the scope of use.

| Company Group | Group or corporate group to which the customer belongs. This is particularly relevant for large group customers or public authorities. |
| Company code | Abbreviation for unique identification of the customer |
| Customer/Company Name | Official name of the customer with link to address management |
| Debtor number | Customer's debtor number in accounting |
| Customer abbreviation | Unique customer code as the basis for technical delivery, configuration and documentation |
| Sales representative/customer advisor | Specification of the eTASK employee responsible for CAFM consulting for the customer, e.g. implementation support, data transfer, etc. |
| Number of training participants | Display of the number of customer employees who have participated in eTASK product training courses |
| Number of portals | Display of the number of eTASK portal deployments operated by the customer |
| Number of licenses issued | Display of the number of licenses issued to the customer in the license management of eTASK |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| License utilization | Indication of whether this customer has claimed a license for the use of eTASK. This license is required as soon as the eTASK software is used by the customer's employees, regardless of the internal purpose. The license regulations specify how many installations a customer may make within the scope of the purchased license. |
