Company emergency list

The emergency list shows companies to be contacted in the event of specified faults. You can set which companies should be displayed for which fault under "Companies & addresses" in the "Emergency list" section.

This group includes features for displaying and presenting the company emergency list. It contains properties that control the visual preparation and presentation of the emergency information.

Property	Description
Company Line 2	If applicable, further information on the company name (e.g. for long company names).
Company Line 3	If applicable, further information on the company name (e.g. for long company names).
Note text	Indication of the information text that has been stored for the company. It provides information about the situation in which the company should be contacted.
Company	Specify the company to be contacted.
Contact person	Specification of the contact person to be contacted.
Cell phone	Specify the cell phone number of the contact person.
Telephone	Enter the telephone number of the contact person.
Customer number	If applicable, state the customer number that the company has with the company.
Partner number	Enter the partner number if applicable.
Street	Specify the address of the company (street).
plz	Specify the address of the company (postal code).
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Location	Specify the address (city).
Telephone	Enter the telephone number of the company.
