Communication master list

The "Communication master list" data object is used for the central management and structuring of communication sources within the company organization. It records detailed information on the spatial and hierarchical assignment of these sources, including location, building, floor and room as well as the corresponding organizational levels. This data supports facility management and internal communication processes by enabling precise localization and assignment of communication addresses.

Communication data

This group includes features for recording and managing communication data. It contains information such as contact addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for various communication purposes.

Property	Description
Data source	In this column, you can see the source from which the communication data originates. The source is defined in the communication data record in the "Assignments" info area.
Summary	The column summarizes the most important data from the source of the communication data.
Communication type Code	Short name of the communication type, defined in the communication data record.
Communication type Designation	Long name of the communication type, defined in the communication data record.
Communication value	Here you can read the communication value that matches the type, e.g. the telephone number.
Description	The description of the communication entry.

Structural data

This info area contains the data on the spatial structure in which the communication information is arranged, based on the assigned person and their spatial assignment and comparable paths for the other available sources.

Property	Description
Location Designation	Long name of the location.
Room group Designation	Designation of the room group if the room to which the communication sources are assigned is also assigned to a room group.
Floor Designation	Long name of the floor to which the room to which the communication sources are assigned belongs.
Floor code	Abbreviation of the floor to which the room to which the communication sources are assigned belongs.
Hierarchy level 3 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 3.
Hierarchy level 1 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 1, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2.
Hierarchy level 1 Designation	Long name of the hierarchy level 1.
Country code (from location)	Short name of the country, based on the selection at the location.
Country Designation (from location)	Long name of the country.
State Code (from location)	Abbreviation of the federal state, based on the postal code given at the location.
Federal state Designation (from location)	Long name of the federal state.
Room code	Short name of the room to which the communication sources are assigned.
Room designation	Long designation of the room.
State Code (from building)	Abbreviation of the building, based on the postal code indicated on the building.
Country Name (from hierarchy level 1)	Long name of the country.
Country code (from hierarchy level 1)	The short name of the country, based on the selection at the linked hierarchy level 1.
Federal state Designation (from building)	Long name of the federal state.
Hierarchy level 3 Code	Abbreviation of hierarchy level 3, based on the selection at the location.
Building group Designation	Long name of the building group.
Room group number	Number of the room group if the room to which the communication sources are assigned is assigned to a room group.
Building group Code	Abbreviation of the building group, if the building has such a structure.
Code Building part	Abbreviation of the part of the building to which the room to which the communication sources are assigned is assigned.
Hierarchy level 2 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 2, based on the selection at hierarchy level 3.
Building part Designation	Long name of the part of the building to which the room to which the communication sources are assigned is assigned.
Location code	Short name of the location, based on the selection on the building.
Building designation	Long name of the building.
Building code	Abbreviation of the building to which the communication sources are assigned.
Hierarchy level 2 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 2.
