In the participant overview, participants are color-coded in the right-hand pane according to their status. Specifically, the colors indicate the following:
Red: These participants have canceled the selected training session.
Green: These participants attended the selected training session.
Orange: These participants did not attend the selected training session.
White: These participants have confirmed their attendance at the selected training session.
Gray, bold: These participants have been invited to the selected training session but have not yet responded.
