The base rent can be set in the eTASK.FM portal for the periods covered by lease agreements. Depending on the settings for the properties leased during that period, the base rent can also be calculated automatically by the system to a certain extent.
Rooms: You can define the calculation of the base rent per building and per usage type.
Define a factor per square meter that is multiplied by the room’s area to automatically calculate the base rent
Define a flat rate per room
Open spaces: You can define the calculation of the base rent per location and per space type.
Define a factor per square meter that is multiplied by the area of the open space to automatically calculate the base rent
Define a flat rate per open space
The base rent is automatically calculated according to the settings when you assign the rooms and open spaces to the time period, and is displayed in the corresponding table in the time period’s data record.
The FM Portal also offers the option to set the base rent entirely manually or to adjust it manually after the automatic calculation. The base rent for properties added to the time period as “other properties” can only be set manually.
