Navigation to this function
This data object manages provisioning profiles for the repeated creation of clients in a project management system. It defines settings for the use of template data, licenses and other parameters when creating clients. The profiles control important aspects such as the recovery time, the handling of e-mail addresses and documents as well as specific adjustments for individual customer requirements. These configurations support the efficient and consistent provision of new client environments as part of project management.

| Neutralize eMails | Select this option if all e-mail addresses in the portal provided are to be neutralized and changed to an @etask.de address. This option is particularly important if you are using a live portal as a basis so that mails cannot be sent to the persons stored in the live portal. |
| Delete all documents | When importing the template, all documents are removed from the template |
| Disconnect from Exchange server | Select this option if the source system for this delivery has an Exchange connection and you cannot or are not allowed to use this connection in the target system. This is particularly important for source systems that monitor incoming mailboxes, for example, as otherwise the contents of the mailboxes could be processed arbitrarily in the new target system. |
