Client usage statistics

The client usage statistics provide an overview of how often a particular menu item was opened in which portal and with which version. It is not possible to draw any conclusions about user behavior (behavior and performance control), but eTASK receives valuable information about how often individual menu items are used.

Search

This group includes features for analyzing the search behavior of clients in the cloud application. Information on search queries, results and interactions is recorded.

Cloudcode	Unique abbreviation consisting of four capital letters (e.g. "ABCD") to uniquely identify the client
url	URL of the client
Application type	This field indicates the type of application used in project management. It helps to categorize and analyse the software tools used in order to better understand and optimize the efficiency and use of resources in complex projects.
Portal version	Displays the current version of the project management portal in which the usage statistics were recorded. This information helps to analyze usage trends and enables comparisons between different portal versions.
Release	Delivered release
Type	This type categorizes the type of cloud application usage in the context of project management. It helps to analyze and compare different usage scenarios, which is important for resource planning and budgeting of projects.
Form	This field displays the specific form used to record the usage statistics of a cloud application in project management. It helps to identify and differentiate between different data collection methods within the project.
Range	The area refers to the organizational unit or department to which the cloud application usage is assigned. This information enables targeted analysis and evaluation of usage statistics by business unit as part of project management.
Number of uses	This counter indicates how often the associated cloud application was used as part of project management. The number of uses helps to analyse the application load and can be used for billing purposes or to optimize resource allocation.
Menu path	This menu path shows the navigation within the application that leads to the current area. It helps users to understand their location in the project management software and facilitates orientation in the hierarchy of complex projects.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
