This view shows information for checking the booking authorization of persons for vehicles. It contains relevant attributes and key figures to assess the permissibility of a vehicle booking for a specific driver.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light gives an initial indication of whether the person is authorized to book a vehicle. The traffic light shows red if there is no possibility at all, yellow if vehicles with a driver can be booked and green if the booking is not restricted. |
| Note | Read the information text to find out why the person may not be able to book a vehicle. |
| Surname | Surname of the person. The link in this column leads to the self-driving permit if the person has one. If none is stored, an empty form is loaded for technical reasons, in which a self-driving permit can be created using the "New" button. |
| First name | First name of the person |
| Telephone | The person's telephone number so that contact can be made if necessary. |
| E-mail address of the person | |
| is self-driving | The person basically has a self-driving authorization, without any statement as to whether this is valid or has been correctly and sufficiently deposited. |
| valid until | Date on which the self-driving authorization expires and the person can no longer book vehicles. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
