To make workflow implementation a little easier, each workflow form in the System Control Center includes a traffic light view in the Implementation section. There, the logic for role assignment is checked against specific criteria and displayed as a traffic light with notes. This section lists the critical messages that could prevent a workflow from being implemented.

This indicates that the role assignment has not yet been edited after installation. | Please check this, assign the workflow role, and remove the workflow administrator from the group associated with the role assignment(s). |
Red | This role assignment is not determined dynamically, and no person is permanently assigned in addition to the generic workflow administrator. | Assign at least one person to the group in the role assignment and remove the workflow administrator from the group. You can also assign a person directly to the role assignment. |
Yellow | This role is dynamically assigned and simultaneously has a person or a group of people permanently assigned to it. | Please verify that this is correct. The permanently assigned individuals are always additionally assigned and may lead to unintended behavior. |
Yellow | This role assignment is not determined dynamically, and no person is permanently assigned. | Assign at least one person to the group in the role assignment. You can also assign a person directly to the role assignment. |
