Check your system environment using the eTASK verification page to ensure that it is correctly configured for using eTASK.Outlook room booking.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Interfaces - Interface Configuration - Microsoft Exchange Server - eTASK Connector to Exchange Web Service
Leave the "use default credentials" option disabled.
If you have defined the system parameter "EXCHANGEWEBSERVICEURL" in the system configuration, enable the "use the alternative EWS URL if exists" option. If this option is disabled, Autodiscover is used during login.
Tip: If you use the eTASK-EWS URL Mapping Table (Control Panel - Portal Options - Interfaces - Interface Configuration - Microsoft Exchange Server - eTASK-EWS URL Mapping), the URL found by Autodiscover will be adjusted according to the mapping entries.
Select or enter your email address.
Enter your username. This can be the same as your email address.
Enter your domain password.
Click Login.
If the login was successful and you see your room lists and rooms in the Room Lists and Rooms fields, you have successfully tested the eTASK Exchange environment. The calendar shown below is not relevant for this test.
