You can download maintenance logs for orders for documentation and tracking purposes.
Prerequisite
The order is linked to a maintenance log via the task
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Order List
Open the record for the order whose maintenance log you want to download.
Click on Reports in the form’s toolbar and select Maintenance Log.
The maintenance log associated with the order is available for download as a PDF file.
