You can calculate operating costs for all buildings at once for a given year. This calculation is also necessary if new operating costs have been recorded in the system and you want to include them in the statement.
Procedure in the FM Portal
The year has already been created
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement
In the menu tree, select the year you want to calculate.
In the toolbar, click Calculate Year under Actions.
In the window that opens, click Calculate Year to confirm.
The year is being calculated.
