If you want to generate a utility bill for a building, you must first calculate the building's utility costs. This calculation is also required if new utility-related costs have been entered into the system and you want to include them in the bill.
Prerequisites:
The year has already been created
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Statement - Statement
In the Operating Cost Statement list, select the building you want to calculate. To do this, first select the year and the location.
In the toolbar, click Calculate Building under Actions.
In the window that opens, click Calculate Building to confirm.
The building is calculated.
