In this list view, you will see an overview of all cost types with the corresponding settings for the building.

This group contains features for searching and filtering building cost elements. It allows you to efficiently narrow down and find specific cost elements in the context of buildings.

Property	Description
Location code	Specification of the location code.
Location	Specification of the location.
Cost type	Specification of the cost type.
Allocation type	The allocation type defines whether the costs are allocated only to rented rooms or to all (rentable) rooms in the key. Direct costs are not allocated; they are assigned directly to the tenant.
Allocation key	The apportionment key must be defined for apportionment type rented and rentable.
Key unit	Specification of the unit for the allocation key.
Negative key	The value of the negative key (total rooms) is deducted from the apportionment key.
Included in the flat rate?	Only cost types that are not included in the flat rate will be invoiced.
Included in administrative costs?	Only cost types that are not included in the administrative costs are invoiced.
