This list view gives you an overview of the building groups. Building groups combine buildings if they have the same cost center and the partial services or invoice items are distributed to the cost center. The value of the partial services or invoice items is distributed proportionally to the buildings according to area.
The link in the "Item" column takes you directly to the partial services/invoice items.

| VAT [%]. [%] | Indication of the VAT rate in percent. |
| Gross amount [€] | Specification of the gross amount in euros. |
| G/L account | Indication of the G/L account. |
| G/L account description | Specification of the G/L account description. |
| Subscription levy | Indication of the subscription fee. |
| Period | Specification of the distribution period. |
| Distribution to | Specification of the distribution basis. |
| Distribution formula | Specification of the distribution formula. |
| Formula Year | Indication of the year of validity of the distribution formula. |
| Installation/Maintenance | Indication of whether maintenance (I) or servicing costs (W) are involved. |
