This list evaluation shows you all buildings for which an operating cost statement is created via the eTASK.FM portal. The list can be filtered by year, property, cost center and person responsible. It also shows the date on which the last calculation was made in the specified year.
Search
This group contains characteristics that are relevant for the search and identification of buildings. It includes properties such as address, building number or other unique identifiers.| Property | Description |
| Year | Specification of the year whose data is displayed. |
| Property | Indication of the property to which the building belongs. |
| Building | Specification of the building whose data is displayed. |
| Cost center | Indication of the cost center to which the building is assigned. |
| Person responsible (name) | The name of the person responsible for the building in the year indicated. |
| Responsible person (telephone) | Enter the telephone number of the person responsible for the building in the specified year. |
| Person responsible (E-Mail) | Enter the e-mail address of the person responsible for the building in the specified year. |
| Last calculation | Indication of the date on which the building was last calculated in the specified year. |
