| Administrative costs Cost type | Indication of the cost element through which the management costs of this building are charged. |
| Administrative costs | Specification of the specified percentage share of management costs in the total costs of the operating cost statement for this building. |
| Loss of rent risk Cost type | Specification of the cost element via which the loss of rent risk is offset. |
| Rent loss risk | Specification of the risk of loss of rent as a percentage of the total cold rent of the building. |
