The Meeting Room Wizard lets you book rooms in two different ways. Depending on the situation, one method may be more suitable than the other.
Custom Booking: Custom booking offers the same range of features as detailed booking. However, booking recurring appointments is not possible here.
Detailed booking: Detailed booking offers the most features. In a single step, you can select multiple individual appointments or recurring appointments. Using various filters, the system automatically displays which meeting rooms are best suited to your needs. Additional available resources are also offered for selection. You can also optionally specify which beverages should be provided at specific times.
