Every meeting room booking consists of several steps:
Select booking method
Select booking date and room
Room booking
(optional) Ordering drinks
Booking summary
Booking confirmation
Depending on the booking method, the individual steps may vary. These differences are highlighted in the following instructions.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: MyFM - Order Services - Meeting Room Wizard
Enter the required information in the “Select Booking Method” step.

Select the booking method.
Provide information for the correct billing of booking costs.
Click Next.
In the "Select Booking Date and Room" step, enter the required information.
Custom booking and detailed booking:
Enter the number of participants.
(Detailed booking only) Select the date range.
Select date. Detailed booking: Time period for multiple bookings.
Select time period.
Set the appointment.
Delete appointment.
Reset location filter.
Location filter for searching for rooms at a specific location.
Then select the desired features below.
Click Next.
Custom booking and detailed booking: The rooms are filtered according to your selection criteria.
In the “Room Booking” step, enter the required information (Comfort Booking and Favorites Booking), select the desired room, and specify whether and which beverages are needed (Custom Booking and Detailed Booking).
Click Next.
(if you have requested specific drinks) Order the drinks.
Order another catering delivery.
Reset the time to the meeting start time.
Catering orders already entered.
Edit catering order.
Delete catering order.
Cancel booking and return to the quick booking homepage.
Save and submit catering order; complete room booking.
Select delivery time.
Save / change catering order.
Enter catering quantities.
Total cost of the booking.
Click on "Complete."
You will see the booking summary, which lists all the specified details of the booking. Carefully review all the information. You can leave a comment about the booking in the "Remarks" field and specify which people should receive an automatic booking confirmation in the "Email Settings" section.
Click on "Booking Confirmation."
Your booking is complete. You will receive a confirmation via email.
