Reports on Workstations
Room Occupancy
This report provides an overview of room records sorted by location, building, and floor. The associated workstations are displayed along with detailed status information.
Workstation List
This report lists your company’s workstations along with their current occupancy and the employee’s department at the workstation, sorted alphabetically by workstation code.
Proportional Area of Workstations
This report provides an overview of the proportion of a room’s area per workstation. It lists the room code and usage type along with the number of workstations, the total area, and the proportion of usage. This is calculated by dividing the room area by the number of workstations in the room.
Workstation Usage
This report first groups all workstations by location, building, and floor. Below that, it lists the workstations by department and type and specifies the number of workstations based on usage and equipment (e.g., "occupied," "telephone").
Address List Report
This report lists all company addresses alphabetically by company name and also displays the phone and fax numbers, the name of the contact person, and their phone and/or mobile phone number.
Select a trade (e.g., gardening and landscaping), select Yes or No for "Show companies without a trade?", and click OK. One trade is displayed per report page. The report can now be downloaded and analyzed.

Phone Book (Alphabetical)
This report contains the internal telephone numbers of employees, sorted alphabetically by last name. Only the telephone numbers of employees who are registered as employees of the company for which the FM Portal was set up are listed.
Phone Book by Location
This report contains the internal telephone numbers of employees, sorted alphabetically by location and last name. Only the telephone numbers of employees who are registered as employees of the company for which the FM Portal was set up are listed.
Phone Book by Department
This report contains the internal phone numbers of employees, sorted alphabetically by department and last name. Only the phone numbers of employees who are registered as employees of the company for which the FM portal was set up are listed.
Complete Contact Directory
This report contains the internal contact information of employees, sorted alphabetically by last name. Only the contact information of employees who are registered as employees of the company for which the FM portal was set up is listed.
