Filter the evaluation according to the workflow for which you want to process e-mails to see which variables you can use. Pay attention to upper and lower case when using the variables and simply copy the variable from the list.

This group contains features for searching and filtering available mail variables. It enables users to find specific variables for email templates quickly and efficiently.| Property | Description |
| Workflow | The technical name of the workflow for which the variable can be used. |
| Variable | The technical name of the $$ variable. Please pay particular attention to upper and lower case when transferring to an e-mail. |
| Designation | This is the field name of static characteristics or the name of the variable provided within the workflow. |
| Description | This column contains the help text for static characteristics and is empty for the variables that are provided in the workflow. |
