This data object represents a daily attendance list for employees in the context of project management. NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
StatusThis status shows the current processing status of the employee in the attendance list for project management. It helps you to quickly recognize whether an employee is available, absent or active in a certain phase of the project.
Come timeThis field shows the time at which an employee started work. It is important for recording attendance times and serves as the basis for working time calculations and project accounting.
DepartmentDisplays the name of the department to which the project management employee belongs. This information is important for the allocation of resources and the analysis of attendance by organizational unit.
TelephoneHere you can enter the telephone number of an employee for the attendance list. This information is important for availability and communication in the context of project management.
Mobile phoneThe employee's cell phone number is recorded here. This is used to make contact quickly as part of project management, especially for urgent coordination or last-minute changes to appointments and tasks.
