The objects/assets from the object register are assigned to the asset list from Financial Accounting in this form.

Identification

This characteristic group contains unique identifiers and key information for identifying objects and assigning them to assets in financial accounting. It enables a precise link between operational objects and accounting asset items.

Property	Description
Asset No. Financial Accounting	Display of the installation number of the installation to which an object is to be assigned.

Responsible employee	Select a person who is responsible for the property from a property accounting perspective.
remark	Enter comments or notes on the assignment.
gwg	Indication of whether the item is a minor asset. Minor assets are not taken into account in the accounting.
