Assignment AzureIfPersonal

This data object manages the mappings between Azure Active Directory and the internal user administration as part of the data import. It defines which information is transferred from Azure and how it is assigned to the corresponding fields in the system. This configuration is crucial for the correct synchronization of user data and allows the import process to be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements of the organization.

Assignment

This group contains characteristics for assigning Azure users to IF-Personal. It enables the linking and management of Azure identities with internal personnel data.

Property	Description
Azure	The name of the column in Azure
Type	The data type of the column in Azure
Import	Here you can specify whether this information should be imported from Azure to eTASK.
Import column	At this point you select the destination in eTASK for the data import
Description	If required, you can enter a description for the import here, in which you can enter rules or exceptions, for example.
Internal ID (Data ID)	Primary key of the corresponding table

ColumnFilter
