You can assign user permissions in three different ways:
Via the 📄 Die Standardgruppe IC1060
Via the rights group: Best option when many users need to be assigned to a group. 📄 Benutzern Rechte über die Rechtegruppe zuordnen IC1059
Via the employee record: Best option when all necessary permissions need to be assigned to an individual user at once. 📄 Einem Benutzer Rechte über seinen Mitarbeiterdatensatz zuordnen IC1061
Note: If a user is assigned to multiple permission groups that overlap, the most extensive permissions apply. For example, if Group 1 grants only read permissions for a specific form, but Group 2 grants edit permissions for that form, a person who is a member of both groups will have edit permissions for that form.
Note: The rights assigned in the permission groups are “cumulative.” If a user is assigned to multiple permission groups, the individual rights assigned in those groups are combined. A user can therefore be assigned to any number of permission groups without issue. This allows the total number of permission groups to be reduced, as specific access configurations for users can be implemented not through a multitude of highly specific permission groups, but through the combination of several standard permission groups.
