Assigning an operator obligation to a measure

Assign operator responsibilities to a task to document which operator responsibility your maintenance work is based on.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Planning - Measures

1. Open the record for the measure to which you want to assign an operator obligation.

2. Create a new assignment in the Operator Obligations section.
