To provide those performing the maintenance work with precise instructions for each step, assign work plans and work steps to your orders. The personnel performing the work should use the list of work plans and work steps in the order form for confirmation.
For recurring orders, standard work plans can be assigned. Copies of these standard work plans, including the standard work steps, are assigned to the orders generated in order planning as work plans with work steps. Once an order has been triggered—i.e., has reached at least the status “Review by Client”—it is advisable to customize the work plans or work steps for the individual order, if necessary.
Note: Multiple standard work plans can be assigned to a single measure

Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Planning - Measures
Open the measure that triggered the recurring order.
Create a new assignment in ListConnect Standard Work Plans.
Repeat step 2 until all required standard work plans are assigned to the measure.
Save the measure.
After saving the task, the standard work plans and their standard work steps are assigned to the recurring orders.
